Ingredients 2 cup. All purpose flour
1/2 cup. Butter
1 egg
1/2 cup. Sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 cup. raisins
Preparation 1. Pre heat the oven to 210C

2. Rub butter, flour and sugar together; add the baking powder and raisins.

3. Beat in the egg, adding a small amount of milk.

4. Mix the egg and milk into the dry ingredients to form a stiff dough.

5. Drop into greased bun tins and bake for 20 minutes.
