Recipe Name German Buns

Ingredients 4 cup. Flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup. Butter
1 cup. Sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
1 cup. Milk



FILLING:

1 egg
2 tbsp. flour (heaping)
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 cup. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla 
Preparation Pre heat oven to 205°C

Buns:
Mix all ingredients well, then roll out on a floured board.

Filling:

Beat all ingredients, spread onto the bun dough. Roll up like a Swiss roll and slice. Place on a greased cookie sheet, bake until brown.
