Ingredients 8 oz. desiccated coconut
4 oz. castor sugar
3 egg whites
1.5 oz. flour 
Preparation Pre heat oven to about 150 °

Mix the dry ingredients together.

Whip the egg whites until stiff.

Mix the egg whites into the dry mix until it becomes crumbly.

Split the mix in half, and add pink colouring to one half.

Pile in small pyramids on a greased tray.

Cook slowly until the mix sets.
