Ingredients 8 oz. butter
8 oz. grated chocolate
6 oz. castor sugar
4 oz. flour
2 oz. ground rice
4 eggs
A pinch of baking powder 
Preparation Pre heat the oven to 180 - 200° C

Cream the butter and sugar.

Separate the eggs into whites and yolks.

Beat the yolks well.

Add the grated chocolate, well beaten yolks, flour, ground rice and baking powder.

Beat the egg whites until stiff.

Fold the egg whites into the mixture.

Put the mixture into small round bun tins and bake for about 12 minutes.
